Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by Client

• Clients may request cancellation before the project work has commenced.
• Once the project has started, no refunds will be issued.
• If a client cancels after work has begun, they are responsible for 100% of the project cost.
• No refunds for services already completed or cancellations requested after the project deadline.

2. Cancellation by HikeWebTech

• HikeWebTech reserves the right to cancel a project due to unforeseen operational issues or breach of service agreement terms by the client.
• In such cases, a full refund will be issued for the unused portion of the service fee.

Non-Refundable Services

• Rush or priority service fees
• Travel and accommodation expenses
• Third-party software, tools, plugins, or licenses

Refund Processing

• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
• If paid via credit/debit card, refunds go to the same card.
• If paid through a payment gateway, refunds go to the same account.
• Refund processing may take up to 30 business days from cancellation approval.

Dispute Resolution

• HikeWebTech will work closely with the client to reach a fair resolution.
• If no resolution is reached, the matter will be handled as per the service agreement.
